Built On Reliability, Craftsmanship, And Long-Term Trust
A Sacramento builder since 2004, led by its founder and trusted with the whole property, inside and out.
Our story
We started Palapa Pros-Landscape Construction with a simple goal: build outdoor and home improvement projects the right way and treat every property as if it were our own. Founded in 2004 by Brett Garibaldi, our work is rooted in accountability, hands-on involvement, and consistent results for homeowners throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities.
Brett’s background in landscape construction led to a natural expansion into outdoor living and property improvements. Over time, the business grew into a true one-stop solution for residential projects, allowing homeowners to work with a single team rather than coordinating multiple contractors. That growth included authentic palapa construction, hardscaping, landscaping, interior remodeling, painting, metal buildings, and hot tub and swim spa installation with our sister company, Cal Spas of Sacramento.
We believe reliability is earned by showing up, communicating clearly, and delivering work that holds up over time. We do not take shortcuts or overpromise.
“We will not build anything for a client that we would not accept for our own home or family.”

Principles That Guide Every Project
Integrity In Every Detail
Integrity starts with honest conversations and clear expectations. From the first discussion through completion, we communicate openly about scope, timelines, and outcomes, so you know what is happening at every stage.
Reliability You Can Count On
Reliability means doing what we say we will do and showing up prepared: managing projects efficiently, keeping jobsites clean, and following through on commitments. It is not a marketing claim for us; it is how we operate every day.
One Team, One Vision
Outdoor and interior services under one roof mean better coordination, clearer communication, and results that feel cohesive across the whole property. Whether the project starts outdoors or moves inside later, we already understand the home and the goals behind it.

Brett and his crew have now done two projects at our home. He listens and offers very valuable suggestions to maximize what we want to have done. The work is top notch, the crew has cleaned up after themselves daily, they go above and beyond what it asked. Next project on the list we will ask them to do as well. We now have a beautiful backyard oasis that we can enjoy year long. I highly recommend giving them a call.
We had our backyard and front yard done in two separate projects with Palapa Pros. Both projects were completed in a very timely manner and were designed just as we requested. The crew does excellent work and we will be using them for future projects.
Brett and Ben did an amazing job repairing the sheetrock that had been destroyed by a water valve leak in my laundry room. Brett came right out, assessed the damage quickly and made a detailed plan of how to repair. His team, Ben and Kevin, immediately repaired the valve leak so that I wouldn’t be without a washing machine. Brett and Ben took the time to help me select just the right shade of paint, replaced the sheetrock, primed and painted so now it looks even better than it did before the damage. His team was always on time and did everything on schedule. I am very happy with the way my laundry room looks and would use Palapa Pros again.
Brett & his team delivered! They were professional, on time, did great work & even made some suggestions that improved our project. You should use them.
Palapa Pros-Landscaping Construction recently completed a project at my residence. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail in the finished product. The crew are long tenured employees who perform at an exceptional level. The project was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this firm for any landscaping work, including electrical, cement, fencing, design and demo work. A very profession company in all aspects of construction and so easy to work with. The “best” and well deserving of a 5 star rating.
Incredible service, beautiful craftsmanship, fair price, and just an overall great group of guys to work with! Brett and his team did a great job building our palapa on time and there were no surprise costs. Couldn’t be happier with their work- best contractor experience ever!
These guys are pro’s! Brett was great to work with. Came to our house and gave us a fair and fast quote. He even invited us to his house to see his Palapa set up, which sold my wife on it. Extremely thorough operation. They take care of everything from moving sprinkler system, to pool fence to stamped concrete, it’s a turn key project. Kevin and Ben handled the construction and were first class. All the guys were professional and great to work with. Showed up on time every day and worked through the rainy days as well. The palapa is stunning, can’t wait to crack some cold ones and share it with friends! Thanks Palapa Pro’s!
Awesome job! Brett and his team were professional, meticulous and very nice. I highly recommend them.
A big shout out to Palapa Pros! Brett and his team -Niko, Victor, Carlos, Kevin and Ben did an amazing job on updating our kitchen. Brett helped us with design and oversaw all aspects of the project. His team brought the vision to life and we couldn’t be happier. The guys cleaned everything before they left each day. Never had to deal with a mess! We highly recommend Palapa Pros!! Check out our before and after photos.
Best money ever spent and I mean design, attitude and professionalism. It’s a total collaboration that we depended on to make this happen. Highly recommend this company for your outside needs.
Our backyard just got completed a few days ago and we could not be more happy with it!! We had concrete put in (for our soon to be spa), artificial turf (looks amazing!), electrical, landscaping including beautiful rock covering, and sprinkler system and drainage overhaul. Brett took his creative visioning and fully enhanced our ideas! He absolutely knows his stuff! His attention to detail along with his vision produced a gorgeous yard. And his team?? TOP NOTCH! They worked hard and long and with full respect of us and our neighbors – nicest crew of guys you’ll ever meet! Our backyard is pleasing to the eye aesthetically and is now the oasis we’d hoped for! While I was skeptical at the beginning, I am now Spalapa’s biggest fan and will share Brett with family, friends, and clients! Thanks Brett and team!! –> Next…. front yard!!
Brett and his crew are amazing! From the start of the project to the completion, they were respectful and amazingly hard workers. They went above and beyond all our expectations. They even helped put our granddaughters trampoline back up! I cannot recommend them high enough.
Brett and his team have worked wonders transforming our backyard into a relaxing resort! We had some vague ideas, about adding some shade and lighting, and he worked with us to come up with some amazing plans! So far, Spalapa Pros have built a Palapa for us, a tiki bar, a golf green, added a parking lot, put in a basketball court, done some security lighting, landscaping, fixing some draining issues left from other companies, and probably a bunch more I can’t remember right now. We have no hesitation to call up Brett and his team for any future projects.
Working with Brett and his incredible crew was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. His price was fair and transparent from the get go. He built us an awesome, high quality, palapa that included really cool rope detailing and carved accents on the posts. He inspired us to use an old surfboard as a bar top ( which turned out amazing!). They started and finished on time – even a bit ahead of schedule. Honestly these guys are true craftsmen. We love our new palapa!
Brett and his team have literally provided one of the few rays of light during this crazy shelter in place time. Even before this, we were so happy with his professionalism, the ease of working with him, flexibility, reasonable estimates and then not upcharging us on every little thing. And skillfully coordinating his crew, who were also diligent and respectful. We got our big backyard project done at literally a quarter of the cost quoted by another reputable company, and listened to me and did pretty much all I asked for at our budget. While giving good guidance on what was and wasn’t advisable. It was very different from other experiences we’ve had in the past. And now we get to enjoy our backyard when we need it most. Thank you so much!
